[Massplanners] Cluster and Open Space ordinances

Hello Planners,

Happy Friday and I hope you all are gearing up for another wonderful
weekend of getting rained on!!

I'm reaching out to see if any of your communities have cluster
development, Open Space residential or conservation subdivision rules that
have been able to produce housing and conserve open space effectively.
Basically whether they are working as intended or not. Gloucester has a few
on the books so want to learn from others where the ordinance has achieved
housing and open space goals.
