[Massplanners] Housing Production Plan

Ipswich updated ours about 4 years ago, around the same time as we updated our Community Development Plan. We used JM Goldson for both. They did a good job on the written portion, as well as facilitating public meetings, etc. I served on the local committee so witnessed their work up close and would recommend them.

I am not sure of the cost just for the housing portion as the costs were somewhat intermingled. I would reach out to them.

A lot of the towns around here have the regional planning commission do it.  We used DLTA to cover it.  I think that equalled $20,000.

Hi Cheyenne,

Wrentham is looking to update theirs as well. When I went back and looked through the MassPlanners Listserv emails and then did a Google search, I found about 9 municipalities had recently updated their HPPs (2023 – present). So far I’ve found out the cost of 3 of them (~50K-68K). I’ve attached the list that I started to help you get started. I am requesting $55K from Wrentham’s CPC to create ours.
