[Massplanners] ADU's - condo-ing

There is no legal mechanism in Massachusetts to deed a primary structure
and an accessory structure differently. The deed is for the lot, and the
lot includes all structures.

California recently (I think in late 2024) passed AB1033, which allows an
ADU to be deeded separately, but I don't know of any other states that
allow this.
