[Massplanners] JOB OPENING: Belmont MA Planning Division Manager

Hi all

We are pleased to announce a new position available in Belmont, MA: Planning Division Manager. This position will be working on a range of new projects including a new comprehensive plan, commercial area form-based codes, the ADU By-Law, and soon a zoning bylaw rewrite. Key aspects of the role include serving as Belmont’s housing planner and historic preservation planner. This is a great opportunity to work in a relatively newly formed Office of Planning and Building and contribute to the knowledge and expertise needed for these new projects plus the likelihood of reviewing MBTA 3A projects as they are submitted!
