The Town of Boxborough recently passed a “Tree Protection & Preservation Bylaw” which has not yet had an application submitted. 

The jury is still out as to whether it will actually preserve any trees or simply act as a Tree Tax. 

No consultant was used, so no recommendation on that front.

Does anyone have a Tree/Clearing Bylaw that touches on restrictions on clearing for residential property?

 

Also, is anyone aware of a consultant with experience writing Tree/Clearing Bylaws specifically?
