[Massplanners] Economic Development Plan/Strategy examples

Hello Planners,

The City of Beverly is looking for sample Economic Development Action
Plans/Strategies to help us build our scope of work for a new project. I
have gleaned MAPC examples. Are there other Massachusetts examples
completed by private or other quasi -governmental agencies recently?
