Greetings, planners:

I'm serving on a town study committee which is investigating how we might appropriately regulate siting & operational management of utility-scale battery energy storage systems (ESS), without running afoul of existing zoning exemptions.

We're looking for model bylaws to consider using as a template. We are aware of ESS zoning bylaws that were approved by Medway and Sunderland and also approved by the AGO. Are there any others?

Feel free to email me directly and I'll summarize back to the list in a few days.

Cheers,
/Brant
