[Massplanners] Job Posting - Planner - Dudley and Spencer

The Towns of Dudley and Spencer seek a dynamic and experienced Shared Town Planner to manage both communities' planning, zoning, and economic development activities. Reporting to the Town Administrators and working closely with the Planning Boards, the Town Planner will oversee land use projects, administer grants, and lead long-term planning initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and development of two communities through collaboration, strategic planning, and public engagement. 
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Land Use, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of three years of municipal planning experience and a strong knowledge of Massachusetts zoning laws are required. AICP certification is highly desirable.
