Good Morning:

Below are contacts for housing planning grants, most of which we have worked for on "housing business planning".

MassHousing Monique Gibbs MGibbs at masshousing.com<mailto:MGibbs at masshousing.com>
MassDevelopment also has planning grants for housing. Gregoire, Amanda AGregoire at Massdevelopment.com<mailto:AGregoire at Massdevelopment.com>
And MHP also has a limited number as well. lshufelt at mhp.net<mailto:lshufelt at mhp.net>
And if you are a housing choice community funds are available.

We are familiar with many funding programs.

Lynne

Subject: [Massplanners] Grant Programs for Workforce Housing

Hello Planners,

Are any of you aware of any housing or planning grants specific to pre-development for the creation of workforce housing?

I'm also interested to know more about financing programs for workforce housing and the regulations that go along with them, beyond the Mass Housing Finance Agency.

Any information will be appreciated.

Thank you & Happy New Year!

(new year same challenges?)

Julie
