Request for Quotes - Form Based Code

In 2022 the City entered into a contract with Innes to prepare a Form Base
Zoning Code amendment for the Downtown and Trout Brook study area, that
could eventually be mapped in other redevelopment areas. Regrettably, the
City allowed the contract to expire. The City, under MGL 30B is required
to request quotes to complete the work that began in 2022. A copy of the
Request for Quotes can be found at RFQ - Form Based Code - Phase II -
