Question for the Hive Mind:
How many of your communities have their site plan provisions embedded within the zoning bylaw as opposed to having them in a separate set of regulations?
Follow-up question: for those communities that have their site plan provisions in zoning: do you enable the planning board to waive strict compliance in certain situations, or do you send the applicant to the zoning board for a variance?
Thanks in advance.
