Ours was also expired. I call it an update as there was still relevant information in the expired plan that was a great starting point for our consultants. I would expect a new plan to be in the same ballpark.

The Town of Millis is seeking funding (From the next round of Community 1-Stop for Growth) for a Housing Production Plan.  Millis's last HPP expired in January.  What would be a scope of work and a general price we should expect from a contractor?
