[Massplanners] EOEEA technical assistance grants

Fellow Planners:

My town applied for an EOEEA Technical Assistance grant last summer. The grants were supposed to be awarded last October, yet they still haven't announced to awards. I've contacted them several times to ask when the grants will be awarded and have been told "soon" several times. I'm at the point where I'll have to begin my project with or without EOEEA assistance.

Does anyone know what's going on with this grant program?
