[Massplanners] Special Permit Rules and Regulations examplea

Hi, I'm looking for example Special Permit and Site Plan Review regulations.

All issues, but some specific areas of interest not all, include:
- review fees,
- standard baseline processes, (including coordination with approvals from other boards
- enforcement coordination processes with ZEO's, including issues during construction

Standard conditions, including either part of regs, or just ones you always use, would also be appreciated.  A sample decision you have handy would be all I'd need for that part, if that it easiest.
