[Massplanners] Cell Tower Bylaw Experts

Assimilated Planning Consciousness:

We have been working on an update to the Town's Cell Tower Bylaw for a hot minute and the consultant we have worked with has been what I would describe as aloof. This has made finalizing the Bylaw for Town Meeting a challenge. Have any of you worked with someone who is an expert in the cell tower field with experience in the development of Bylaws that you could recommend? My Board really wants a final gut check and some supporting talking points for Town Meeting it would likely not be a heavy lift.
