[Massplanners] Request to withdraw

[Edgartown Planning Board]

Talk about picking nits  - here's one:

May 1 - Scheduled Planning Board meeting.
               * Special Permit public hearing opened, continued to May 15.*

May 5 - Applicant sends Board a request to withdraw without prejudice.

May 8 - Scheduled Planning Board meeting.

May 15 - Planning Board Meeting
               *Scheduled Continuance of Public Hearing*

Can the Board act on the request to withdraw on May 8?  Or does it have to
wait until May 15?
