Subject: Infrastructure capacity analysis

HI All,

I was wondering if anyone has done something similar or may have a scope of work you've prepared in the past.

My Economic Development Committee would like to do an Infrastructure Capacity Analysis. The purpose of the report would be to leverage the information into a marketing tool to engage industries/businesses/developers/etc. Similar to what I know larger towns and cities will do to generally advertise or identify specific sites for development.

However, the first step needs be identifying the infrastructure in place; sewer, water, 3-phase pawer, gas lines, fiber, etc and then describing them in some detail that can explain the capacity to which they can support new growth. I'm not familiar with the final product that a report of this nature would produce. I spoke with a consulting firm who suggested I begin by reaching out to engineering firms for the capacity analysis, but wanted to check and see if anyone has done something similar.

Best,
