[Massplanners] Sample RFP for Subdivision Rules & Regs

The Town of Concord is looking at reviewing and updating its subdivision rules and regulations and was wondering if any communities had a sample RFP they could share? Have you worked with any consultants on a similar scope of work that you would recommend?
