[Massplanners] CDBG Consultant RPFs and Availability

Hello Planners,

We are a non-entitlement community looking to apply for CDBG funding in the
next round. Our planning team is looking for sample RFPs that were used
to hire CDBG consultants. We are also gathering recommendations of firms
who have worked on these grants.
