Good morning Planners,

The Town of Dover has a housing RFP out to bid where we are looking for a
consultant to review our current zoning, review our infrastructure
restrictions, and provide recommendations on future housing growth in
Dover, as well as potentially aid in MBTA updates and requirements.

Are there any consultants anyone would recommend that we send the RFP
directly to?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
