[Massplanners] Penalties for MBTA Communities nonconformance

Tim,

Could you share the Case# and court location of that litigation for 
those of us who would like to follow along on https://www.masscourts.org 
<https://www.masscourts.org> ?

Coming from an MBTA designated "Adjacent Community" with an existing 
3159 housing units, being required under the Guidelines to Zone for an 
additional 750 units by the end of December, I'm asking for a friend.
