[Massplanners] Latest on ADUs

Good afternoon all

Just wanted to throw out a few questions related to ADU on this fine Tuesday...


  1.  Any word yet on the possibility of EOHLC guidelines or R&Rs?
  2.  Any community finalizing a compliant draft bylaw they'd be willing to share?
  3.  What are some of the issues you're wrestling with, like:
     *   Existing non-conforming structures
     *   Going larger than 900 s.f. in some cases
     *   Open Space requirements as a conflicting dimensional factor
