[Massplanners] Comprehensive Plan Update Cost

Good morning fellow planners,

Concord has to begin its update to our Comprehensive Plan starting July 1st 2026 and have to include funding in the Capital Plan.

Concord's last update done from 2016 to 2018 cost $225,000.

Looking for recent costs for a Comp Plan update from other communities.
