The APA's Transportation Book Club launched in September and the first book discussed was Paved Paradise: How Parking Explains the World by Henry Grabar<https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/634461/paved-paradise-by-henry-grabar/>. In our October session on 10/18 from 7:30PM-8:30PM EST, Henry Grabar will join us for a Q&A! (via Zoom)
Any APA member is welcome to join our Transportation Book Club and participate as you can. 1CM offered per book club discussion/event.
Our next book will be Inclusive Transportation: A Manifesto for Repairing Divided Communities by Veronica Davis<https://islandpress.org/books/inclusive-transportation#desc>. We will discuss this book on 11/21.
Our goal is six books per year discussed on the odd numbered months with a special event or related chat in the even months.
