The City of Chelsea is seeking candidates for two exciting positions in our
Department of Housing & Community Development.

*Grants Manager*
*The ideal candidate will have an interest in housing and community
development and will have experience with managing grants or project
management of grant programs. This is an exciting time for the Housing &
Community Development Department in Chelsea as we continue to oversee our
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program as well as several other
federal and state grants related to housing, economic development, climate
change/resilience, and much more!*

*Senior Project Manager, Community Resilience (ARPA Funded)*
*We are looking for someone to fill a contracted position, under American
Rescue Plan Act funding, to oversee our social services, food policy and
support, and mental health programs with our community based partners. The
ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting vulnerable populations
and working closely with community partnerships and our residents.*
