Maureen,

You might want to look into Substack, which is a blogging platform,
technically, but sends blog posts out as email. So it functions like an
e-newlsetter. It's free to use and (unless you turned on a paid option)
would be free to subscribers.

I use it for my blog and find it very user-friendly and intuitive.
