[Massplanners] Traffic Impact Study RE: proposed 3A Zoning

Hello,
I have left my job with the Town of Middleton and just began a new part-time job this week for the Town of West Newbury and am interested in a sample Traffic Impact Study scope for proposed 3A Multi-family Housing Overlay Districts. Has anyone done a TIS for their proposed MOD(s)?

As always, I appreciate any advice or feedback!
