[Massplanners] Third Permit Extension Act

Doesn’t the legislation provide in part:
“Approval”, except as otherwise provided in subsection (b), any permit, certificate, order, excluding enforcement orders, license, certification, determination, exemption, variance, waiver, building permit or other approval or determination of rights from any municipal, regional or state governmental entity, including any agency, department, commission or other instrumentality thereof, concerning the use or development of real property, and any environmental permit, including certificates, licenses, certifications, determinations, exemptions, variances, waivers, building permits or other approvals or determinations of rights issued or made under… chapters 40A to 40C, inclusive, of the General Laws…”
which would suggest that Comprehensive Permits issued under GL C. 40B, ss. 21 to 23 are subject to the extension? (and comp permits are not otherwise excluded under referenced subsection (b))

Subject: [Massplanners] Third Permit Extension Act
Hello Friends and Colleagues,
Heads up folks! CLICK HERE<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hMiEh1w-Dv7-PFFSVKMWQrsnUO2ToFXj/view> to read about a third Permit Extension Act, which was included in the recently passed Economic Development Bond Bill.
I do not have any further information or know of the existence of a “tolling calculator spreadsheet” similar to what was created during the COVID tolling period.; I would check with your respective municipal counsel.
It would have been helpful if the extension of the remote meeting provisions (or something permanent) was as part of this Bill; that extension expires in March 2025. 😊
Happy Thanksgiving.
Kristina
