[Massplanners] Funding for Senior Centers

Good morning,

One of MRPC's communities is looking for grant funding to help pay for pre-development site prep, design work and a traffic study for a new Senior Center. I was wondering if any community has had success applying for a grant for a similar project or if anyone had some ideas for other grants that might cover this type of work. This community will be submitting an EOI to One Stop, but they're not sure it will match any of One Stops grant criteria.
