[Massplanners] Chapter 40Y starter home development question

Good Afternoon:
I am wondering if anyone on the list serve is considering and/or working on a development that would be permitted under 40y?
We have a client very interested in it and it appears to solve some of the business issues that arose under development ownership units under 40R.
