[Massplanners] Town Center Pedestrian Improvement Study - sample scope of work

Greetings,

Would anyone have a sample scope of work or RFP for a Town Center Traffic Calming/Pedestrian Improvement study they would be willing to share?   At a minimum we'd like fully developed concept plans, further plan development would be even better.
