[Massplanners] Earth Removal and Fill Bylaw

The Concord Planning Board updated the Earth Removal in 2021 to include Fill and to make it more comprehensive. A project has not been submitted under this amended bylaw so do not know how it will work in the real world yet. Here is a link to the Section 7 of the Zoning Bylaw. Earth Removal and Fill is Section 7.5

Hi all:

Now that Spring town meeting season is coming to an end, I wanted to thank everyone who sent us MBTA Communities by-laws for pre-review (it makes our formal review that much easier) and again offer to do a pre-review for any towns that are still working on by-laws for the Fall. Feel free to email them to me (in word format if possible) at:

Best regards,

Does anybody have a robust Earth Removal/Fill Bylaw? Ours is outdated and applicants are constantly seeking waivers.

Much appreciated! Thank you!
