Central Massachusetts Regional Planning is hiring for two roles. A brief description is below. Full descriptions can be found using the hyperlinks provided in the titles.

Resiliency Program Manager<https://cmrpc.org/resiliency-program-manager/>
The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) seeks candidates for the full-time (37.5 hours/week) position of Resiliency Program Manager within the agency's Regional Collaboration and Community Planning Department (RCCP).
The ideal candidate will work on and coordinate the work of others on open space and recreation plans, hazard mitigation plans, climate pollution reduction, energy reduction and resiliency planning with the possibility of intersectional work on comprehensive master plans, economic development plans, housing plans, and similar efforts. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and innovative environment with an opportunity for growth.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 depending on qualifications and experience.  Offers will be commensurate with relevant experience.

Planning Contract Specialist<https://cmrpc.org/planning-contract-specialist/>


Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, seeks an innovative, diligent, and team-oriented Planning Contract Specialist to join its multi-disciplinary Regional Collaboration and Community Planning (RCCP) staff.

The successful applicant will help follow a project from proposal and submission to project kickoff.  The ideal candidate will help to identify the scopes of work and budgets and align them with contract terms. This position will work closely with the Deputy Executive Director and RCCP Directors on following the project pipeline to successful projects, and ideally track deliverables once a project has been approved. Candidates should be well versed in project tracking software such as Monday.com., have experience in contract terms, procurement, state, and federal grant record keeping, tracking of match documentation and submittal of requests for payment.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $64,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Offers will be commensurate with relevant experience.
