[Massplanners] trying to interpret 40A sec 3...re farm stands and owner income

Any thoughts on this from 40A sec 3 of MGL?
 
"...25 per cent of such products for sale, based on either gross sales dollars or volume, have been produced by the owner or lessee of the land on which the facility is located, or...
 
Does this mean...
 
the sales must be produced on the very parcel on which the facility is to be built?
 
or can the sales be from other, non-adjacent farm parcels belonging to the same owner?
 
Has this come up elsewhere?  Thanks.
