[Massplanners] ADU Bylaw Development Scope + Budget

Hello,

Longmeadow is scoping the development of a new, customized ADU bylaw. This
project would be starting from scratch as ADUs are currently not allowed
in town. Have any communities on this listerv started or completed a
similar project recently? It would be very helpful to get a sense of your
budget and scopes, anything that you thought worked particularly well, and
if you would change anything about your process.

I did look through the past 6 months of MassPlanners archives and didn't
find anything specifically on this subject -- apologies if there was a
similar discussion recently.
