Good morning all:

While we are on the subject of MBTA/3A zoning: if anyone would like to send me your proposed zoning amendments before they get on the warrant for (informal, non-binding) AGO review and input please feel free to send to:

All,

I seem to remember, when this whole process started, DHCD (or some other entity) put out an informational deck that included renderings of what 15 housing units per acre could look like.

It included examples of townhouses/brownstones, village center cottages, I think, etc.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? And if so, does anyone have a copy of it?

Thanks
