The City of Worcester seeks proposals from qualified consultants to assist the City with drafting a five-year Housing Production Plan (HPP) and providing advisory support in developing strategies for the Worcester Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board of Trustees. The RFP is available on the City of Worcester website: http://www.worcesterma.gov/finance/purchasing-bids/bids/open-bids, and proposals are due Friday, February 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
