Jeff,
Northampton has made several changes to its zoning based upon objectives
and directives in our Sustainability Plan. The most recent changes
included eliminating single-family only zoning throughout the City. We
also created more flexibility to create multiple small detached structures
on a single lot, created flexibility to have a combination of unit types on
a single lot and reduced frontage, lot size, open space and parking
requirements.
