[Massplanners] Bed tax or other special use tax for arts and culture

Hi all,

I have an arts center looking into some potential long-term funding models.
Specifically, they are looking at a "Arts & Culture" surcharge or some sort
of Bed Tax for Arts & Culture. Would you happen to know about this type of
surcharge, or know anyone who's explored this concept?

In fact, I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who could share their
special use tax schemes for art and culture, for any and all geographies.
