The Town of Groveland is looking for a Town Planner! Groveland is a small community in the Merrimack Valley with a lot going on and a newly adopted Comprehensive Master Plan. Please see the job description below for more information, and do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

The Town of Groveland is seeking qualified applicants to join our team as the Town Planner. The purpose of this full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, is to direct and perform municipal land use planning functions and provide staff support to the various land use boards and committees.
The Town Planner performs a wide range of municipal planning functions and provides review and analysis of development projects, provides technical planning assistance to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals and coordinates the town's long range comprehensive planning activities. Successful candidates will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work with confidential information, and experience with personal computers, including Microsoft Excel and Word, database, and spreadsheet applications. The salary for this position is $65,000- $75,000/DOQ.
