This is a great management opportunity for someone with a passion for affordable housing and community planning. As the Director, you will lead a talented team of five people in the Community Planning Division. Your primary responsibility will be to enable the construction of hundreds more affordable units on Town-owned and Housing Authority properties within the next five years. Additionally, you will launch the Town's Comprehensive Plan process, playing a crucial role in defining the community's future trajectory.

Starting salary $107-113k, with four weeks vacation, pension, health and dental insurance. Hybrid work schedule (in office two days a week, very few in person night meetings). This position reports to the Director of Planning & Community Development. Applications received by February 21, 2024 will be prioritized.
