Didn't the city also increase density in other areas? Maybe you dropped
urban residential from 15,000 to 10,000? (Right after I sold my UR house
with 27,000 sf, ha.)

Maybe other changes that allowed more multifamily by right?  I think you
told me some of these came out of the last Master Plan.

I think this type of thing is more what Jeff is looking for.
