Hi Jeff,
Just of the top of my head I'd look at examples from Beverly, mainly
focused along Rantoul Street and Reading's Downtown. Beverly has permitted
or built 1,400+ units since 2014 which has them producing new housing at a
similar pace to the 1980s.
