[Massplanners] Residential vs. Comm/Ind Subdivisions

Planners,

We just completed our first Comm/Ind subdivision and learned a lot along the way.  Our Planning Board has asked me if we can have separate subdivision regulations for Comm/Ind subdivisions vs. Residential Subdivisions.  Have any communities done this?  and if possible, could you please share examples?
