Your town/city assessor actually might be a source of information on
property value impact of missing middle housing. They usually have software
that estimates the property value change when you add a unit to an existing
house lot. It's not authoritative but one angle. Also, many assessors were
appraisers in the private sector, so they know some of this first-hand.
