[Massplanners] Estate or Flag Lot Question

Does anyone know of a community whose Estate Lot or Flag Lot Bylaw requires that a minimum percentage of the lot in question contain uplands or some kind of uplands/wetlands ratio?  I would appreciate any information I could get on this.  Thank you!
