Sending out a reminder about two resources MHP has available for those involved with affordable housing trust funds and communities interested in establishing a housing trust.

Starting this Wednesday: 2024 Affordable Housing Trust & CPA Conference. MHP is providing three virtual trainings on consecutive Wednesdays for those involved in affordable housing trust funds or anyone interested in establishing one. Intensive Technical Assistance applications due December 13; each year MHP selects up to four communities to provide either concentrated assistance in the creation of a municipal affordable housing trust or support in maintaining an existing trust.
