Watertown has not accepted that provision, and we don't have many subdivisions, and they are processed administratively.

It'd probably be much easier to find the few who haven't. Maybe search "Board of Survey in Mass municipalies.". At one point when I worked there in the early '80's, Watertown hadn't.  I believe Fall River hadn't.

Possibly communities who didn't accept c41 were more urban communities with comparatively less parcels to subdivide.

I'd love to hear more about your project with this.  You may recall this being a topic back in our MAPD legislative committee days together.

Does anyone have a list - or know of an on-line resource - of the
municipalities in Massachusetts that have adopted the Subdivision Control
Law?  I believe there are a few that have not.  Thanks!
