If anyone has an example of a cluster zoning bylaw and/or open space residential zoning bylaw that is especially good, or an example of a built cluster/open space development that was particularly successful, could you please send the relevant information or web links to me? Any advice is also appreciated. I'm doing a bit of research about open space residential zoning.
