[Massplanners] Model Sign Ordinances & Review Practices

Hello, MassPlanners,

The City of Beverly recently selected the Center for Resilient Metro Regions
<https://www.resilientmetro.org/> and Sustainable Urban Planning Advisors
<http://www.supa-llc.com> to help review and update its commercial sign
ordinance. One task is to research model sign ordinances and
sign-application review/approval practices. Would anyone care to boast
about their community's exemplary sign regulation and administrative
process?
